There are over 1300 test centers established in more than 160 countries and regions, you are given options and flexibility in how and where you take your test.

Decide when you want to take a test and check the list of test dates to see if it fits your schedule.

Remember that there is a registration deadline, usually one month before the test date, so make sure you register before the deadline.

Consider both the time and place of your test, the test you want to take may not be available at the test center near your location, so do some check before registration.

5 Steps to Book Your Test

All test registrations MUST be done online through the official website of HSK.

Register an Account

Use your email address to register as a candidate.

  • It's simple and easy.
  • Set your password.
  • Verify your account by a verification code send to your email.
  • Click your avatar, and then "BOOK A TEST" button.

Test Infomation

Choose where and when you want to take a test.

  • Type of the Test
  • Select test type and test level. When you choose HSK 3-6, you are also required to select HSKK Speaking test, but don't worry, the system will automatically do it for you.
  • Test Date
  • Select test date.
  • Test Center
  • Select test center nearby.

Personal Infomation

All the information about yourself.

  • Information About Yourself
  • Information such as full name, date of birth, gender and nationality.
  • Verification
  • Your ID number, phone number and address.
  • Other Information
  • Choose your Mother language, the number of years you learn chinese, and your occupation.

Mailing Infomation

You don't need to do anything at this step, click "Next"

  • The hard copy of your test result certificate will be mailed to the test center you registered, you can collect from there when it is ready.
  • If you registered an iBT, you can download a electronic version of test report.

Confirm Submission

Recheck all the information you just keyed in, and click "Submit"

  • After all of that, you need to contact the test center for fees and payment details.
